Let My Children Go !
-- We the parents of the United States

It is usually a big surprise when you realize a dangerous situation of this magnitude here in the United States of America. Many children are being taken from their parents without proper cause or due process. Concerned legislators and state agency workers deal with the concern for protection of children, by choosing to take intervening actions on behalf of children, even when the danger is unconfirmed or untrue. Their thought is usually "If one is to err, be sure to err on the side of safety for the children." This has led from honorable and praise worthy intentions, into deep damage and overwhelming pain in many families and their children.

Please help us by recognizing how the system is currently functioning and help us to repair the grievous system of injustice and abuse where children are wrongfully taken from their families and the nurturing bond of their parents. We can move forward and change the system into one that truly supports due process, constitutional freedom, and families first. This can be a system that we are proud of, as Americans.

When the state agency such as "Services to Children and Families" (SOSCF, SCF, CAF, DSS, DCFS, DFS, CSD, DHHS, ACF...) takes children, you are violated in the following ways:

  1. Right to be secure in your person, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable search and seizures
  2. Denied all parental rights including the care, custody, and control of the child or children
  3. Juvenile Court is used against the parents' Civil Rights, even when children are not in violation of any laws
  4. The right to a public trial
  5. The right to a jury trial
  6. The right to confront witnesses
  7. The right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty
  8. The right to remain silent; You are not under arrest and you are deemed "uncooperative" if you refuse to speak to them
  9. The right to lawful due process
  10. Forced to defend yourself while no charges have been pressed
  11. Clear evidence in favor of the parent is generally ruled against
  12. Hearsay evidence by social workers are generally accepted and approved by the judges
  13. Statements of evidence where the evidence has not, and does not exist, is also accepted from social workers even when shown to be false
  14. Children are often taken permanently without valid cause
It appears that the state agencies that remove children are above the law and immune to prosecution, and that the state believes children do not belong to their parents and thus, their actions give priority to the state having right to every child and disregard parental rights, laws, and facts.

Right now many of our families are being torn apart against our wills and against our most basic constitutional rights to raise our children. Your young children are at risk now. Each one of us needs to insure the care and custody and above all, personal safety of our dear children. Please be aware of what is happening now and please take part as responsible parents and citizens of the United States.

With much deep heart felt pain and hope,
Thank you sincerely.

PS: This web site is for children and families that are being abused by this out-of-control system, not for families that are abusing children! If you DID do something worth having your children taken, it is a SHAME and you are IRRESPONSIBLE! Also, why endanger your children to state agencies by endangering your children at home.
